At the invitation of the Moscow sangha, in May 2026, Kyabje Ga Lhakhang Rinpoche 13th arrived in Russia.
Rinpoche flew in on May 9, just as Russia was celebrating the Victory Day.
For a couple of days, Rinpoche strolled around Moscow, enjoying the beauty of Russia’s capital.
On the evening of May 11, Ga Lhakhang Rinpoche arrived at the Northern Kunsangar near the town of Pavlovsky Posad, where a retreat took place over the following week.
Ga Lhakhang Rinpoche bestowed empowerments of Vajrayogini, Vajrakilaya, and Guru Rinpoche.
Every morning Jigme Lama conducted Riwo Sangcho.
The main practice of the retreat was Lujong.
The practices of Samayavajra and Vajravidarana were transmitted for complete purification.
The retreat was exceptionally successful, and some participants organized themselves to continue the independent practice of Lujong exercises.
Everyone was happy and satisfied with the profound teachings. We hope that many more retreats with Kyabje Ga Lhakhang Rinpoche 13th will be held in Russia in the near future.
